Two cups of fresh cottage cheese topped with assorted fresh fruit.

Michigan Harvest Salad
Mixed field greens topped with dried cranberries, crumbled bleu cheese and walnuts. Served with Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing  

Albacore Tuna Platter
Albacore tuna, onions and celery in a light mayonnaise dressing combined with cottage cheese and fresh fruit.

Jullienne Salad
Topped with roast turkey, ham, egg and Swiss cheese.

Cobb Salad
Topped with chopped onion, green pepper, tomato, chicken breast, bacon and cheddar-jack cheese.
